This includes, but is not limited to damage of original films, prints or discs or films prints or discs purchased from NancyScans. We are happy to indicate a value of insurance on your shipment. However, you MUST request this in writing when you place your order. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will NancyScans replace or redo a job due to damage in shipment. Under no circumstances will NancyScans be held liable in the event an overnight carrier fails to make payment for a claim.
